Had a new kitchen installed, many of the cabinets and bench tops were damaged, more than 6 months on and the issue hasn’t been sorted. Office said that i caused the scratches left, supervisor came out and I showed him that the remaining scratches were caused by them, (date stamped photographs so they couldn’t blame me) I have followed up a couple of times and haven’t heard anything.

Project Management is terribly lacking. Delivery dates are pushed always with lame excuses. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service and regret for choosing Supreme Kitchens.

Thank you Supreme kitchens. Despite going through a nightmare renovation with now gone bust Elite Building and Renovations, Supreme were more than willing to come out when the builder refused to own up to poor installation by Elite. No ask was too big to the guys who came out on site. Great customer service and great value and look for our kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Thank you

They installed my pantry bench top. after 6 months laminate came off. i called them and sent a few emails, but no response. after 3 months they sent their employee to check. he said to us, it is manufacture fault. i waited another 6 weeks and sent a email, then they replied it is water damage. I am looking for the legal opinion. we will see how it goes.

Excellent. Very helpfull. Very proffesional. Big range to choose from. Would recommend supreme kitchens to everyone. This is the fourth time im using supreme kitchens to do the work for us. Always on time. The best.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour of their driver pulling out in front of vehicles driving 80kmph near Mill rook Reservoir causing them to hit the brakes then having the unprofessional attitude abusing the victim who THEY nearly caused to have an accident with a child in the car. Drivers should be more aware especially when driving sign written company vehicles. If this is how road users are treated I certainly would hate to see their customer service

Worst service ever. 6 weeks for a panel to be made and couldn’t care less. Been told that someone will look into it next week as no one is there at 2pm in Friday’s.Go elsewhere.

Found the process lacked sincerity. The kitchen consultant was not interested in how the space would be used in an every day environment. She was not personable in any way. Took weeks to receive drawings which were wrong. Amendments were treated as a huge inconvenience. Would not recommend to anyone. Go and find yourself a group that will take the time to understand your style and provide you with a service. You just have to look at their website to see that its as hollow as they are. Never again.
