Very helpful with inquiries over the phone. I went in store the following week and sent my package. I've been to other pack and send where they just dont seem happy to help out. But these guys were accomodating. My package arrived safely at its destination without issues.

We had a very unusual set of materials to ship (scientific lake sediment cores wrapped in PVC tubes) that needed to be shipped all the way to Minnesota for analysis); as previous on-line reviews state, Sanka and her shipping partner (I don't recall his name) at arranging an appropriate shipping container that would reduce potential shipping damage, getting the paper-work completed (for international shipping and customs) and completing the process. The cores arrived earlier this week completely intact despite the long journey.I highly recommend Sanka and Pack&Send Canberra City!

The best service you could ask for! We are currently live in Singapore and needed a few essential items we can’t get here sent up. And as these difficult times, we weren’t sure if we would be able to get anything out of Canberra sent to Singapore But as usual Ilch & Sanka made it happen and our package arrived in 4 days.
