I felt so welcomed and comfortable at my first appointment today. All staff were super accommodating & friendly. I also felt that the Dr I saw was extremely attentive & really took the time to help me with my needs. :)

Fantastic practice - very caring and efficient. Dr Lim and all the doctors I have seen are excellent. The practice maintained a high level of service throughout the pandemic and continues to do so now, providing simultaneous vaccinations for Covid and flu. Thoroughly recommend.

Dr. Erika Tomsolin is a treat Doctor, u guess the best I met so far in my life! Listens carefully and explains everything ver well, I felt very comfortable with her. The girls at the reception, very kind and nice, had a short nice chat with one of them. Waiting was clean and comfy:-)Great GP!

I’ve been seeing Dr Lim for over a year now. She’s incredible, the most thorough and caring GP I’ve ever been treated by. I’ve seen other doctors at the practice when she’s been unavailable and everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. One time the reception staff went and filled a script for an injection because I was too unwell to walk to the pharmacy. Everyone there just always goes above and beyond.

Great until they charge you $90 for a 5 min phone consult that was 25 minutes late. Makes me feel like I'm back in America.If you give an extra 5 min for admin stuff, that's still $540/hr. Wish I could charge that much for my work.Edited to respond: I was told over the phone when I scheduled the appointment that it would be bulk billed since it was expected to be quick. And I'm well aware of how the Australian system works, as I've lived here for quite a while. In case you haven't noticed, it's almost impossible to find a bulk billing GP any more.The unprofessional patronising tone in your response was totally uncalled for.

Dr Lim, was very professional and caring and listened to my concerns to work towards a positive outcome which was fantastic. My son has also attended the clinic and seen Dr Sprigg, who was very experienced and able to assist with his concern. Highly recommend this General Practice if you are looking for doctors who really care about their patients.

The most amazing GP practice. The GPs, nurses, allied health practitioners and reception staff look after me and my young child so well and always make us feel welcome and cared for. Extra time is taken to get things right and provide comprehensive support and reassurance. All our health needs attended to and we feel seen and heard and respected. And such a lovely space. Dr Ankit was very helpful in resolving my husband's medical issue. He was professional, patient and very pleasant in putting us at ease. We highly recommend this young and impressive doctor with excellent bedside manners.
