I can’t rate this practice high enough, caring, empathetic (when you’re not feeling so good) and professional. Dr Tran is fantastic, he makes you feel calm and has quite the sense of humour.Thank you, for taking care of my family for over 10 years!

Took my mum - twice. First time was for jaw pain and the second time for a scale and clean. The first time was bad, but just to make sure my impression of Dr Minh wasn't a once off the first time, we went a second time. Dismissive, rude and does not care what the patient has to say. Probably a good dentist, but definitely not taking my mum back.

My partner had his full top teeth removed for dentures, we got there for the appointment and the dentures were not ready after 8 weeks, we went back later that day ,so dentures were rushed to be made, Dr Tan didn't give any pain killers just antibiotics, 4 days later my partner still can't eat and is in pain, Dr Tan didn't want to know, the dentures don't fit right and all Dr Tan can say is they need fitting, untrue, they were made in a rush and they need doing properly.i have pictures to prove he is a butchered his gums.3 weeks later and we have gone back as they still don't fit, I have never met a more rude man, telling me to shut up when I was asking questions, I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to see Dr Tran, he is the most distasteful little man I have met.

I had a mouth splint made 2 months ago by Doctor Tran to stop my snoring and it works perfectly. It’s custom made for my mouth and is designed to bring the bottom jaw forward a few millimeters which stops the snoring. It took a few weeks to get used to wearing but now my wife is happy.Thanks from David

Very Helpful staff. I can highly recommend Dr Tran who is a very skilled, caring dentist. My family have been treated by him for 17 years, with very satisfactory results.

I went to Illawarra Dental Centre today for the first time with an emergency extraction and saw Doctor Minh Tran. This was the most painless experience at any dentist that I have ever encountered. I was put at great ease as everything was explained to me that was going to happen. The procedure went well and I will return in the future for any dental work that I require.

I don't know how to express my thankful to Dr. Tran. He was my life-saver for getting rid of my stubborn wisdom tooth. I had had a nightmare experience with another dentist before getting to him. Therefore, I was very nervous at the beginning of the surgery. However, Dr. Tran surprised me by his professional as well as gave me lots of care like I'm his family members. No any pain at all.Also, all of the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The dentist didn't even bother showing up to the appointment that was booked weeks in advance. Leading up to the (cancelled) surgery Dr Tran was terrible as well, filling me with anxiety and pushing high cost extras on to the bill. I just turned up and was told the doctor had already left.

Many years with IDC. Very gentle. All staff very helpful. Highly professional. Very popular/busy but has fit in a few dental emergencies too (thanks!)

Just by chance visited Illawara Dental Centre about 18 years ago...best decision I ever made. Find the staff as well as Dr Tran caring considerate and courteous at all times. Highly professional and thorough..near enough is not good enough. Some years later my Wife..(and my daughter) also changed dentists and have nothing but high praise for his service and workmanship. As a bonus..as a HBF member with adequate cover most costs are comparatively minimal. Have recommended Dr Minh Tran to many others
