City Cave North Lakes

Had a 45 mins massage with CJ. Great comfortable experience. Highly recommend.Room was very soothing and clean.Float and saunas available. No designated wheelchair parking, but no steps to access.

Terrible Experience and wouldn't' normally leave a review but wanted to be helpful for others.I purchased a float session and all I could hear the whole time was banging and smashing under the water. I only lasted about 15 min into the hour float and had to get out it was that bad. I spoke to the staff who said it was the gym next door and I should have come when there wasn't a session on.. I reached out to the team about the situation several times but got no response..If you are looking for a relaxing float time I would recommend any other City Cave but North Lakes.

Did the flauna experience with my partner, definitely recommend. Staff are super lovely and the place is so serene. If you looking for somewhere to relax and unwind this is the place for you.

Terrible. Do not float here! Visited twice without incident and on the third float visit had nothing but clanging and banging noises and vibrations through the entire session. There is a new gym next door and when we explained how disappointed we were with the constant noise (after all you are paying for a sensory deprivation experience) the staff member acknowledged it was the gym, they had received other complaints but were happy to take our money without advising us of this and to write to management and even after a follow up email to management, we have heard nothing. Absolutely appalling customer service so be warned, you will not enjoy your float here!

Partner and I had an amazing couples float tank and Massage today. The float tank was fantastic, a definate must do. Helpful, Welcoming and friendly staff. Had a great Massage that stretched out all those stresses.Thank you staff at the City Cave North Lakes.

Amazing service from the staff at City Cave North Lakes. I have now visited twice, once for a 60 minute float session and again for a 60 minute remedial massage with Laura. I could not highly recommend enough. My new favourite place for all things relaxation.

Would give less if I could. Staff aren't polite. The place looks nice but I've never had a good experience there.

Went here for a 60 minute massage. they were running about 15 min behind. nothing was said about being late. massage finished on time for my 60 minute massage if i had gone in at the correct time. meaning I only got a 45 min massage at best. I called up to speak to someone about it as there was no-one on reception and the therapist never came back after I was dressed. lots of excuses about how much trouble they were having and how they had been running late all day. nothing was offered to me and I never received a follow up as it was left. I emailed and that too was ignored. Very sad and will not be returning to this City Cave

Had a great experience. Staff were brilliant, great attitude and explained everything. The float was a good experience that everyone should try at least once.
