Fantastic variety of products. Products arrived super fast ( 2 days from ordering). Checkout was simple. The products arrived were exactly as described. Thank you for the little extra gift inside. My little boy will love his new toys. Thank you.

Not disability friendly. Not wheelchair accessible (for those wondering). Had the most horrific experience with the owner. If you have a child with a disability, avoid coming here. I experienced discrimination and blatant rude ignorance with unwelcome questions about my child. To have someone look at your child and scrutinise behaviourally and with comments is appalling. I felt like I was constantly being followed or made to hear of life’s complaints. I don’t relate to this nor find any part of this experience appropriate. The stairs here do not have gates so make this a serious hazard for children. I mentioned this and the response was “we haven’t had any issues yet”. My case point is ‘yet’. Maybe a fatal accident will change that?! Not my child thanks!! We won’t be returning or online ordering after this experience. I’m not sorry and I don’t care to write this scathing review after the crass and vulgar treatment.

Fantastic store! Some minor issues with an item that I had to swap over. The owner made it easy for me and staff was very friendly. The new store is so much smaller, which is understandable with the online market being huge. Still, I love the old fashioned way to enter the store and browse.

They have moved from Jindalee to their office unit in Dara. Compact set up. still the same quality wooden & variety of toys. Easy parking access directly out the front

The customer service was exceptional. Although we arrived there after the business hours, we were attended to and not rushed into choosing the toy we wanted. It saved us a second trip to the shop. Highly recommend as it also has an awesome range of uncommon toys of high quality at affordable prices. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing range of unique toys, great customer service, well priced. I find toys suitable for every age, wanted to go away from commercial plastic toys, started with a new born, now 2 years old and the toys get more and more exciting. Buy with confidence, i do. Will be back again, and again :)

What a great little store. Found part of my grandaughters Christmas present yesterday. Lots of different educational toys for all ages and great quality. So if you're looking for something different it's the place to go.

I love coming here to browse the unique and high quality toys. Customer service is always friendly and relaxed (good advice but not pressure or hard sales) and if they aren't busy they are usually happy to gift-wrap your items. Pricing is reasonable across most products (particularly as they are timber!).

I purchased and received a 6 in 1 activity centre, fire engine walker and ride on and a bongo drum. Fantastic products, very high quality and the activity centre and ride on are very easy to assemble. Would recommend these products and Knock on Wood Toys to others. Excellent toy company :)
