Suzi is amazing, her work is amazing. Suzi makes you feel so comfortable. The salon is always clean and tidy and a very welcoming space.

I had my come-back Brazilian today. I was a model for a student and it was HONESTLY a waaay better experience than what I had with a professional. Both thw student and Suzi were so professional and made me feel so comfortable. Her student wasn't afraid to get in there and do the job...and believe me it was a real j.o.b. I am so lucky to have Beauty in the Bilbs in my part of town and would DEFINITELY recommend any person wanting any treatments.

I could never ever recommend this business , I booked in for a deluxe spa pedicure, I was expected to lie FLAT ON MY BACK ON A BED with my knees bent and feet in a bucket of water!Let that sink in!When I asked for a chair which is what one would expect IF it was a professional establishment rather than a backyard business, a customer had to be moved from the only OFFICE chair there, to accomodate me..I could have gone to any major shopping centre with a very comfortable massage chair, hot foot tub, and scrub, exfoliation, leg massage and removal of existing polish, for $60 total!I was gobsmacked that a $100 pedicure also left me with abrasions upon my two big toes, which the owner later denied was caused with a file by her assistant in training.She virtually called me a liar and to top off the insult l was vilified on her facebook site by her and some other customers whom she obviously contacted within MINUTES of my genuine complaint on her page, all the while their nasty comments were ENCOURAGED by this very unprofessional business owner.WHO I might add seems to care more about big-noteing herself as a business owner that now has employees " than perfecting the services that she offers.I first privately messaged the owner

Beauty in the Bilbs are amazing. They lengths they go to, to make your experience enjoyable are awesome. My husband organised a surprise for me and the ladies really made me feel special. Thank you so very much.

Had a wonderful experience today getting my eyebrows waxed by Jess. I didn't even have to tell her what I wanted with them (I was immediately put at ease and we got caught up in conversation!) and she sculpted my brows beautifully, all while making sure my baby was comfortable and happy in his pram. Such a nice, calm experience and a bit of a treat for this busy Mum. Thank you so much Jess, I'll see you again soon!
