Does Made In China warrants such high prices? The staff are friendly. Not my cup of tea styling wise - far better offerings along Church St and that is the benefit of clustered shops.

CAMERICH: Awesome Customer Service and NEW COLLECTION!Noticed a wall art piece as they were hanging it and h a d to go in for a closer inspection: Fabulous Limited Edition Plexiglass Collection, incl James Chiew piece “True Legends” - sensational! Bit OTT for the birthday wishlist, but had to have it! Maddy, at Camerich (Church street, crn Yorkshire, where there’s another showroom as well in Richmond), couldn’t have been more helpful and sent email quote before I’d even arrived home (and they’re v e r y local)! Met Lou Lou when we went in to have another look (buy), who was very helpful and so impressed when Maddy greeted us a n d remembered our names! Blown away! (Also impressed with follow-up emails and text from Maddy, and Doug & Olivia, on her behalf/day off when I emailed with a queries). Not often these days you get much service at all - let alone g r e a t service! And their furniture range is great too … now have my eye on a new chair … great store, great people, great service! Thnx Maddy & Lou Lou! A very positive experience and we love Love LOVE the piece! Unique & quirky - Can’t wait to sit around the dining table with guests looking at / talking about it! Cheers!

Our two Easytime sofas arrived a few weeks ago and we’re very happy with them- everything we were hoping for! They look lovely and are so cosy and comfy! Camerich were always responsive and assisted us with all questions we had.

Camerich is the place to go if you need help with your furniture decisions, they were able to put our plans into the computer which made it easy to see our furniture choices and layout of our new furniture. The staff could not have been more helpful in providing advice and assistance rather then pressure to buy. Thanks Camerich for being there every step of the way we love our new furniture.

If I could leave less than a one star review I would - Dealing with them has been a disaster. I made two calls over two days to inquire about extra delivery fees and no one returned the calls. After sales service is terrible. Got charged for extra delivery fee that never happened.

Furniture & Rug were just what we need for new home.Price & Quality plus Service including deliver(we live on bellarine peninsula) have been first class.

We purchased dining table & chairs and a casual arm chair for our new apartment. The sales process was very friendly & accomodating, I was able to borrow large samples of the fabrics chosen to ensure that it worked in our space. Lulu was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy. It took a lot longer than expected to receive our items due to the Covid lockdown and shipping challenges, but Camerich (Doug) was very good at keeping us informed of progress. We received delivery of our furniture in late December and the new furniture has transformed our living/dining space, it is so much lighter and modern now, the furniture items are beautiful and well made. Even through Covid and the seemingly long delays it has created, Camerich stand out as being a company that cares about their customer. Along with their wonderful furniture range I would happily recommend them to anyone looking purchase quality furniture. Thanks guys!!

Beautiful furniture and store, a nice change from what the big stores offer nearby. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to get our new sofa!
