Had a meal in the nicely attired Hotel bistro. The bistro was full but not loud or crowded.Had the schnitzel which was large but we'll crumbed and moist. Large hot chunky crisp chips with a generous green salad.I was impressed by the schnitzel in that most you order arrive flat and dry but not this one. Every bite was tasty and full of flavour.I would definitely dine there again and try something else on the menu. This night I was rushed for time so I took the quick and easy option.
