I have waited for close to an hour and a half for Uber eats to deliver two coffees and a toastie! I contacted the owner who told me he cannot do anything on his end! If I didn’t work in hospitality and know better I would have probably coped this excuse! Between me being unable to cancel my order through the app as I would still incur a $30 charge for a meal and the owner refusing to do so I’m basically stuck without no meal and loss of money! Poor form by both these services!
