No one will answers the phone, I put an online request for a test and the website says they’ll respond within 2 business days. 4 business days later no reply and cannot get through on the phone despite many calls over the past week. Just booking somewhere else. The other negative reviews about the service are also off putting and seem accurate. Poor service.

Always a pleasant experience here. Never have to wait long and the staff/personnel are friendly, caring and never treat me as a number. Although I have alternatives closer to home, it's worth the 25km trip.

Firstly Ultra sound guy is great. The dr couldn't get my vein WITH THE ULTRA SOUND and then today my 81 year old mother went in early so she could park in front as she never confess out due to breathing and problems. They told her her appointment was for tomorrow. I was next to her when they said the 19th but then changed it to the 18th! So I don't think I'll be going back to Williamstown Capital! I'll have to go out of my suburb to rely on the good customer service of footscray! And i she just hung up on me while I was on the phone waiting to tell her my thoughts

Fantastic.had knee inj,barely felt it.Drs and nurses and reception staff fantastic and Derek radiogist.Amazing.knee much better.Thanks Dr Suvavie.

Terrible customer service. My husband and I were both discriminated against due to medical reasons, and were treated with absolutely no respect from 1 particular receptionist. Choose another location. Absolutely do not recommend.

Marc my Sonograpgher did the internal pelvic ultrasound and was super comforting, friendly and was professional. Reception staff were also friendly! Will recommend Williamstown capital to family and friends

Walk in.... and wait...& wait. Staff numbers are down and don't come at lunchtime. Best to be told straight up before one arrives, so I think best make an appointment and ask how things are going. Nice staff .
