Sorell Dog Park
I don't have a dog, but many people used it in the few days we were in the nearby RV stopover. Fully fenced, seating, a few trees, close to town & sporting venues. It looked like a popular facility

Centrally located, good parking good large fenced area. Unfortunately the ground is very dry with very large cracks, large enough to be hazard to users. Otherwise good place, friendly accepting dogs and owners.

Two nice big open exercise areas both entirety fenced with an airlock style gate setup.Communal dog watering station.

Sorell Dog Park
2 separate gated areas great for if you need to keep your dog separate from other dogs. Usually quiet in the morning and busier in the afternoon. Extremely muddy after rain and there seems to have been very little attempt to fill in puddles and holes. There is a water bowl but for some reason my dog refuses to drink out of it so I’m not sure if the water is okay (she’s not usually fussy). Poo bags always available.

Sorell Dog Park is disgraceful and truly needs to close until Sorell council does the enormous work required. Totally dried out, and the large cracks badly need attention. The best job that the council has done is to put up many messages that the pet owners and their fur pets enter at their own risk. Disgraceful Council, pull your finger out and make it happen.

Bit muddy this time of year, but a safe enclosed space for ballplay with the doggo. Individually fenced areas which is good as our dog is very antisocial.

It is a great park for dogs. A minor suggested improvement would be to make it more accessible from the RV site because, those who travel with pets have to walk around 3-1/2 sides to get to the gate. No problems on sunny days but, this is Tasmania!!

Wasn't great at first but work has been put into making it better. It now has an auto dog bowl, the gate had been replaced and the fences have been repaired. Could do with some extra light but other then that it's a good park.

Sorell Dog Park
When the doggo owners listen to each other it’s a great place to take your fur babies. There are two sides so you can separate the social and less so. Great spot, hoping the Sorell council keeps up their plans to extend the area
