We were fortunate to have Ben design an indigenous garden for our planned new build. As part of the planning process we needed to submit to council detailed landscape plans. Our design brief to Ben was challenging as our property has both a fire and an environmental overlay. Ben’s knowledge of indigenous plants, dedication to getting things right and overall professionalism meant that the council were really happy with the final plan – as were we. We’re looking forward to seeing the garden established once the build is complete and grateful to Ben in helping us achieve our dream garden.

We had a dream about having a running stream and pools in our front yard, to attract local birds and to bring a cool, refreshing feel and sound to the garden. How fortune we were to find Ben !!Our beautiful hugh river redgum just up and died this year and left our front sloping garden looking very bare and us very bereft.We liked Ben immediately - very easy to work with - and absolutely loved the design he came up with.We went Overseas and came back 6 weeks later to find out garden transformed !!So lovely to come home to.It has transformed our garden - beautiful rocks and placement of these to create interesting tiers and spaces and allow easy planting and assist growth of plants.Ben has been most generous in assisting us since with queries and helping me with plant selection.I am an avid garden and love being and planting in this space - sitting on the rocks - watching the birds dive in the spectacular rustic bird bath and having conversations with the many admiring people walking past on their way to the park.Thank you so much Ben.

Review posted on behalf of Janet & Jacob de Ridder:A narrow, uninspiring sloping patch of grass between the street and our front windows has been transformed by Ben’s thoughtful design into an easy to maintain indigenous garden. Eighteen months on, this space is now a meadow of self-seeding plants. From our windows, we can always see several different species in flower. The cleverly placed rocks and gentle tiers of Ben’s design, along with the pathway of wooden pavers, means that this space is now an interesting garden - not to mention a space for many visiting insects, birds and other creatures.Ben has continued to visit and advise, as this garden is established. His knowledge of indigenous plants and landscape design are evident in his passion for his work. It is a delight to spend time in this garden

Ben was meticulous in his designing and executing our beautiful creek and front garden. This was huge job with underground pipes for the reticulation of the creek and overflow to our frog bog, together with a curved sleeper wall and drainage to ensure the wooden sleepers remain dry.After 2 years Ben continues to take an interest in the upkeep of our creek and advise on extra plantings to further enhance our garden. Friends, family and passers by regularly comment on the beauty and serenity of the creek and indigenous garden. We love our natural garden transformation that Ben and team have worked so hard to achieve. Thanks Ben!

Ben was excellent to work with, and the garden of indigenous plants he created for our apartment block continues to provide joy two years later. The design brief was to create a low-maintenance garden under a large gumtree to beautify the front of the property and prevent unauthorised car-parking. Ben's design gave new life to our lovely old tree. He has such an indepth knowledge of local plants, and was generous with his advice on the ongoing upkeep of the garden.

Ben spent a lot of time with us to create a kid friendly outdoor space and the result is a beautiful low maintenance native garden which has stood up well to the demands of 3 growing boys. Ben has also been willing to come back many times to help maintain our yard and make sure everything keeps working and growing well.

Well third time lucky for our landscaping journey. We spent a lot of money on two sub-standard jobs and we are a bit reluctant to trust anybody else but we needed to do something. Ben was recommended by a neighbour and thankfully did a great job in a very professional manner.Everything was spelt out along the way and so there were no nasty surprises both from a financial or job completion point of view.Ben has followed up on a number of occasions to ensure we are happy with everything (which we are), and we would not hesitate in recommending that you put your trust in Ben and the team if you want a hassle-free experience.
