Isaac went above and beyond helping us resolve an issue, getting prompt replacements and dealing with the supplier directly on our behalf. I have found them to be very reliable and trustworthy and would recommend anyone with UPS issues or looking to purchase a UPS to give them a call.

I ordered a UPS battery but it was not in stock. The company advised me it would take several months to obtain the battery and offered to refund me what I paid if I did not want to wait. They processed the refund very efficiently and were good at communicating, polite and considerate. I would be happy to deal with them again.

The team at UPS Solutions were excellent. I contacted them just before Christmas not expecting a reply until well into the new year. I received a response and quote the same day with a recommended replacement. After the brief Christmas closure period, I arranged to make the payment and the (very reasonably priced) batteries were shipped AND arrived the next day.I'm not hoping for a battery failure any time soon but I know the team at UPS Solutions will be there to help me out if I do.Thank you for a great experience.
