Can not fault this company!Did a ring around after my Evap died and picked this one as the price was in the middle of what I had been quoted.From the first phone call to the installation, the whole process was seamless! I was kept informed of every process and price.I will most definitely be telling anyone that has heating or cooling problems that you are the go to guys.

We needed an Air conditioner in a hurry and one that would meet our needs and not break the bank both initial cost and running costs. Spoke to the most helpful lady Lucy on the phone who gave me my options, she was both helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Chris arrived the next day and within no time at all we had our new system installed. It is. Extremely cool in the house on the hottest of days you dont even know it's hot until you go outside. It is extremely energy efficient, my electricity bill has gone down even though we use it more. Can't thank and recommend Mr clean air enough. Awesome work guys well done

I chose this business because I wanted to support local, unfortunately my experience wasn't great. We had our services done every 1 to 2 years for several years, and since issues seemed to be on-going, we went to a different business. The new tech attended and found a load of issues that could not have simply happened overnight, so now I'm doubting that the services were done properly, if at all? (More than once the tech attended from Mr Clean Air while we weren't available and simply told us they'd done the service). I don't go on the roof, I need to be able to trust tradies, isnt that the whole point? But even I know the filter pads should be replaced more often than every 6 years. I hate leaving negative reviews, I really do, and I rarely leave them, preferring to share only positive experiences. But this really bothered me, so I'm sorry about the negative review, but if I'm paying for a service and find out there are piles of issues that were never mentioned or fixed, it's frustrating, as I'm sure you can understand. I'm glad others have had such positive experiences, and I wish the business the best going forward. I however, will not be a returning customer.
