Never again. Being new to the area I chose these mechanics over two others I had enquired at. What a headache it caused. I had my car serviced here after it had been making a loud squealing noise for some weeks which clearly needed attention. This was pointed out to the mechanics when the car was dropped off. Being an old car and on a budget I asked for essential safety items to be done. On collection it was noted the issue causing the noise hasn’t been attended to. Their defence was they didn’t hear it when test driving the car (no doubt it had warmed up by that stage). However the noise was evident on collection. When it was pointed out, they dismissed it and said they couldn’t anticipate when it would go but we would know as the car would over heat. They allowed us to take the car home and we trusted them and felt there was no other option since they claimed they didn’t hear the noise when they had it. What a mistake.I had only driven the car twice after the service when it started over heating on a freeway with my 8 month old baby in the back. I was forced to stop and arrange for it to be towed to the mechanics. Again Marcus was rude and dismissive telling me that’s what I get for having an older car and was given various excuses as to why they didn’t diagnose and fix the issue the first time - that they didn’t hear it, that we asked for only essential safety issues to be fixed (I think a car over heating is a safety issue!), and finally that my dad had thought it was the fan and it was something else (related to the fan!). That final excuse was the most insulting one as surely the mechanic uses his own expertise over a customer’s guess. The final bill was over $2000. In addition we had to swap my baby car seat over while the additional service was being done and both times they installed the car seat it was loose. I had to go back AGAIN to have it rectified (Marcus even queried whether I’d had it installed professionally by Baby Bunting because he couldn’t find the seatbelt clip. He later found it). To say I was upset and felt ripped off is an understatement. Consumer Affairs said I had a case but I do not want to spend any more time or energy on these people.

Great bloke and very honest.

Got a new tyre and had it fitted and aligned here. The man who did it found the wheel quickly, at a reasonable price and communicated well throughout. He even offered to drop it back at my place while i was at work and cleaned the car for free! A top bloke and I would come here again for any car needs.

Marcus and the team are great. I have an older car and it hasn't run better since taking it here. They are concerned about safety which puts my mind at ease. I would recommend this mechanic.
