I have been here many times now and no matter whom I receive a massage from it is always amazing.You are asked what pressure you prefer.Although if you like a strong deep tissue massage this place is great for that.

Had the winter hot oil massage with Jay it was amazing!! Totally relaxing and professional. Turned up 20 minutes early and they took me straight in and offered hot tea after my massage. Will definitely be going back lovely experience so relaxing!!!

I had the best massage here and will be back! First time I’ve ever fallen asleep and woke up so refreshed! They have such a great atmosphere and amazing staff...highly recommended

Booked 3 days ago to take my mum as a surprise for a relaxing massage. When I was 1 minute away they messaged me saying “please come in 30 minutes”. I obviously went in to ask why and the woman couldn’t even explain why, she was just saying “come in 30 minutes please”. I explained I was coming from far away and that I had booked 3 days ago and I wanted and explanation and all she could say was “sorry”. Not cool and rude, never coming back again!!!!

ive been going to bangkok spa for 3 years and every single massage has been perfect. They always ask what pressure you want and during the massage they ask if the pressure is ok. They always offer water or tea afterwards too and they have a selection of items available for purchase at reasonable prices. It's a gorgeous massage place, always clean and the staff are always welcoming and accommodating. In the 35 years I have been getting massages, this place is by far the best. I am fussy when it comes to massage and on the rare occasion that I have to go somewhere else, I always wish I was back at Bangkok Spa.

Amazing customer service. As a first time visitor they we're able to book me in at short notice & flexible with time as I arrived late.The massage was probably the best ive had in Sydney & they've definitely now gained a regular!I'd definitely recommend!

I have been going to this place a few times over the last two years. Always exceptional massages except from today’s massage. A new masseur. I wanted to get up and leave multiple times during the massage. It was inefficient and painful. I was so looking forward to this break and was so angry upon leaving.

This place was great when it first opened and now it seems they just don't care. Extremely difficult to relax and enjoy a massage when staff are constantly talking, laughing, cooking, rearranging furniture, mopping and counting the till - all 2 hours before the place is even due to close.
