Sydney Tools Silverwater

Cannot recommend a better Sydney Tools. Dennis and his team were amazing and I will definitely be going back to buy more tools in the future.

I was in the silverwater branch yesterday and one year ago and they do not want to help when there is and issues with there productsPoor service

Absolutely loved the visit in store today so refreshing after a long time. Had the pleasure of dealing with Dennis again absolute legend knows how to get it done and the best way that works for you. Answered all my questions and taught me some new tricks. Addressed my whole family and not just me also gave my daughter a balloon when she was crying by far the best service we’ve had in a tool shop. Definitely a great customer experience. Thank you Dennis the menace.

The place had 5 sections. Dewault, Milwaukee & Makita powertool aisles (3 main sections), Miscellaneous powertool brand section and another miscellaneous section for hand tools.I visited on a random Friday afternoon.When I visited the place the above ground parking was a free for all (cars in 2 spaces and a forklift across a space).The aisles themselves looked as if the place had been sacked i.e Milwaukee boxes littered all over the back of the aisles and inventory stock section. There was a 50/50 chance store-wide that there would be a price label for any product.The staff seemed to know nothing about the inventory of the store or the whereabouts of any hand tool, they had to look up everything.My biggest grievance is the almost complete lack of a price label on any product inevery shelf of the store.

Shocking experience over my order case! Went to their store and placed the order with all upfront payment being deducted from my account. Waited patiently for 8 working days, their store guy called me and advised the ordered items are ready to get pick up. When I showed up in their store, I have been advised again by the same person that there is a missing item from the list. ( However it was funny that the same item is on the shelf, but the store person just Simply told me the very same item isn't for me at this time. I have also been advised the waiting for last item might take another 2 to 4 weeks ( according to him, such waiting time seems rather reasonable). Seriously why would a store sell the unavailable items and just keep customer in such waiting game! Why would tradesman come to a specialised tool shop and buys expensive tools cope for wait for a long time!? This particular store is getting worse everytime!!! Go to another Sydney tool store or simply Goto Bunnings !

The low level parking is dangerous to the carsI got stuck there for 15 minutes with my car.High possibility to get scratched front or rare bumper from the bottom side.

Be careful when u go there. The manager called Danes and another person at terminal id #3 in 16 May at 2:42 pm didn't like to understand any thing just to let u upset and they are ver rude.I am 58 years old and very patient to handle it. Else u will have a big fight.The story in breif, on the same day I got diffrent prices for makita mower.I tried to buy a clearance price for makita mower for $539.00 but they said it's not a vailable. So they offered me a nother one with $650.00. My son called Campbelltown branch because he was looking for the one on the clearence but a lovely person there called Ryan, he offerd him the same one that is $650 for just $575.It took me half hour or more to let Mr danes in Silverwater to give me the discount of $75.In this review I wish the CEO of sydney tools to know the customer service is very bad in this branch starting with danes.I am hapey to explain every thing in details for the CEO.You will find my details in invoice # 10982675down moreOne price from a lovley person in Campbelltown branch

I would highly recommend sydney tools Silverwater as I’ve shopped at other stores nothing comes close to the customer service I always get when I go in, personally I would recommend Dennis, top bloke and always gets what you need and gets it right compared to other stores

Probably would suggest not using unless buying in store, ordered some items online for click and collect, attempted to get updates but never got a response from anyone except their online team that said this was a store problem, eventually had enough of getting the runaround after 3 weeks with no communication and requested a refund (at this point, found out my items where on order despite stating they where in stock when I ordered)... got the runaround once again, was told I would need to speak to customer service and once again got told this was a store problem.... Eventually I got my refund by unfortunately being a 'karen' about the situation.The only reason that this is getting 2 stars is because of a staff member there, I believe Corey, who attempted to assist as best he could....Personally, I probably won't do an online order from them again and will just go elsewhere when I have limited time constraints... Might give them another chance in store.

Can't trust their staff, ordered a ladder for 6 months and it didn't arrive, change to bunning to order, waited 2 weeks to get it. Ordered Milwaukee tools this time, waited 2 months and still no any news.
