Carliee sends guides, tips and tricks to my email ahead of my interview to make sure that I’m thinking about my questions understanding what the appropriate dress attire is, and everything in between; so that when I do sit with an employer I’m confident that I’m putting my best foot forward, and Carlie is always delicate with giving feedback, but not in a way that prohibits me from understanding where my own weaknesses are. the way in which she can communicate the feedback given by potential employers is absolutely crucial to me, and This is where I think Carlie is really set apart from other recruiters, she takes such time with each client doing pre-interview prep and making sure that everyone is on the same page going into the negotiation.
