I went to this salon yesterday and have to say I will not be coming back.I wanted was a cut and shaping around my face. The woman who cut my hair barely said hello and didn't talk at all during the appointment other than to ask how much to take off the length. She made it very obvious that she didn't want to be there. When she was done she muttered Happy?" at me and I just said yes so I could leave. After having a better look

I attended this salon to simply get my hair cut.I was greeted by a staff member who had absolutely no enthusiasm, frankly she appeared as though she didn’t even want to be there. After asking if there was someone available to cut my hair she said yes come on in. I sat down and the person doing my hair walks over, no greeting, no introduction, nothing. Again honestly felt as though she did not want to be there. She asked what I would like which I informed just a hair cut. She asked how much by showing on my hair and that was end of conversation. I was not spoken to until she had finished cutting my hair. Was never shown what my hair looked like or asked if I was happy.I then arrive home to which I look at my hair it is cut very poorly. I have long bits that were just not cut and a very jagged edge.Now I know people have bad days and simply don’t want to talk to people. However working in an industry where people are you sole business I feel they are severely lacking in skills.I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

unfortunately i have nothing positive about this terrible experience, from the appalling 2 ladies at the front desk, to being ushered to a wash basin , the wash itself was ok, although water dripped all down my clothes and face, the hair dry was the one though, i felt like a dog in the chair, the dryer swooped all scruffy all over the place, i never could explain how awful it was, i was left with no style, embarrassed to walk to my car. they talked about clients, the music was overbearing and staff did not interact at all , I'm curious if they did the 4 year training or the flash 6 month course. I have no star rating and will not return, Maybe I'm not there clientele or age bracket...

I am absolutely shattered. I paid $140 to have my hair butchered beyond repair. My hair is burnt, i can no longer brush it without the burnt bits getting stuck in my brush, it's not the colour i wanted and is very patchy all over my scalp. It looks like a cheap box die that was applied by my toddler. It does not resemble anything like other foils I have had in the past (at other places). Your pricing out the front is extremely misleading and false. I'm sorry... but a slight trim is not worth an extra $55. Especially when she didn't even shape around my face or do anything other than ATTEMPT to cut a straight line across the back. I wouldn't even come back to attempt having it fixed by you. I do not trust you or your skills at all. I want my money back so I can have it fixed elsewhere. But how convenient is it that you accept cash only" and have no trace of the money I was ripped off?"

came to get a quick wash and blow dry and the girl who serviced me was friendly and professional. it was a good experience and worth the price. I would come back again.

Everyone is friendly and they do an amazing job no complaints at all would recommend to anyone

Elisha took me as a walk in and completely worked her magic. I just needed my roots touched up but the end result was so seamless and pretty! I've never been happier leaving a salon!!

Elisha is a absolute weapon of a hair dresser and would highly recommend her if you need your hair done.
