This the best lake in the district for kayaks. Perfect for a great day and a BBQ!! Does have public toilets too!!

It's a lovely spot to go for a swim. You can drive right up to the waters edge where you can swim.. water was very clean and the gravel is ok on your feet. No shade anywhere on the water I suggest you bring your own method of shade. Umbrella, gazebo, tent etc.

Lovely quite place to enjoy the sun and views.Our dogs loved swimming there.We did find lots of rubbish that others must have forgotten to take with them.
