Was served by a tall young man, one of the chemists. Went in with script and asked if the meds were in stock as they have been scarce. His reply was , I'll let you know in 10 minutes if we have them ,I'm doing another script. Won't be coming back

Funny how entitled people think they can be as rude as they want to the pharmacists for ripping people off" when the prices are set government. Staff was lovely and kind and super helpful. If you are rude to the pharmacists dont expect to get nice treatment back. Try being a decent human being first."

I have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. I went in for my flu shot and it was a breeze. All ladies were bright and bubbly and provided excellent customer service. Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer of Terry White Narellan Town Centre since moving into the area service had been good until recently. I phone before getting meds as I can’t understand or sit for long due to health conditions. I was told some day ago my meds would be ready to get today. I attended the store and obtain meds only to come home finding I didn’t have all meds on. Calling Male person Advised he was only worked on Sunday. I asked why couldn’t I have been advised that a new script was need in the fist place. D W Goulding JP ret

I’m a loyal long term customer. I travel from Camden South to Narellan and get all my scripts and medication there. The staff are wonderful and helpful and Ruda is an absolute gentleman and goes above and beyond with all my requirements and questions.

This chemist is fantastic, the staff who work here are so friendly and will always go the extra step to help!I’ve never been anything but comfortable with them if I need help with med advice and even to have a chat to themSo nice to have a chemist you can walk into and receive service and a smile rather than just feel like a no body at places like chemist warehouse or Priceline’s. Customer service and care second to none here. Ruda was able to source and provide a specific and rare insulin pen in half a day where half a dozen other places were telling me it had to be imported. Thank you so much for sorting out what was initially such a stressful situation, so very quickly.
