Jake and his team communicated time of arrival well in advance, very quick with installation, given it wasn't a straightforward job, great bunch of guys, cleaned up any mess they made and took away the old unit as well. Highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed with their service at all. Well done West Air

West Air did a full replacement of my 22year old run down, inefficient Carrier air-conditioner this week. All communication on the lead up to install was exemplary, even after the original install date had to be rescheduled due to poor weather. The installation team were wonderful. They had the impossible task of installing R2 ducting into very confined spaces. It was a big job. They left the place looking spotless and took away all of the old aircon and ducting. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and how nice the guys were. Thank you! I love my new air con.

Jason and his team are absolute air conditioning superstars!Their professionalism, understanding, respect and care towards customers and their homes is exceptional.After 5 years of having our A/C unit NOT working due to malfunctioning issues caused by the Vaccaro Group incorrectly installing our unit, West Air fixed it in a day!!!We had given up hope of ever using our A/C due to the Vaccaro Group's lies, finger pointing and lack of support but thank bloody goodness for Jason and his team who provide good old fashion honest service. Finally after 5 years our unit is working properly as we expected from day 1!Looking forward to our new case being installed by West Air soon due to the Vaccaro Group also dropping the A/C unit prior to installation and blaming it on everyone else.Thanks West Air legends!

I had my split system air-conditioning installed by this company in 2017. Worked ok for about one year. Then the trouble started and continues to December 2020. The installation wasn't performed in the correct way. They did come back and supposedly rectify it. Unfortunately it wasn't.I have had Fujitsu out here they found an installation issue, once again.I now have another air-conditioning company fixing up Westairs shoddy workmanship.Never ever use this company

Ben and his team arrived at the property, on time, professional dressed with company attire, well mannered, clean and tidy, respectful of their surroundings (including my two dogs). Operationally they all new their role in the dismantle and re install and did it in the best way possible. I can't speak highly enough of West Air Conditioning as a whole also as individuals. Bravo

I had ducted air installed in my home today by Jason, Henry and Braysan, the team were very professional and knowledgeable and worked flat out in wet rainy conditions with limited space in the roof and were able to place ducted air in my sun room which no other company would quote as it was a difficult job and took experience.We are beyond happy with the service and would highly recommend west air and especially the team that provided us a wonderful service.Thanks guys for all your hard work.
