Matt is really good and professional - highly recommend.I had multiple quotes for the job, which was not straightforward but Matt was the only one who clearly explained exactly what he will be doing and why. He is very fast but did not cut any corners. Charged exactly as promised

Matt was awesome, I had the best experience using Westside Air Con, he was on time - the quote he gave me on the phone was the same amount I paid, he knew what he was doing and gave me all his details for my warranty, he even knew what was wrong with my old air con unit and safely removed it. He is worth every dollar- clean and precise work, didn’t leave any mess- what a champion and did it al in a couple of hours !!!!

It’s hard to comment on the quality when person simply does not turn up to the agreed appointment.I was looking to do annual service for my A/C split system, via ServiceSeeking website. Westside Air responded to my post. Their feedback looked good, so I contacted them. I was happy with the quote, we agreed on the date and time. On the date no one has arrive to do the job. My call back went to voice mail, my messages were not responded to.NOTE: this was before the recent COVID lockdown, in case you are wondering.Comment to owners response:I see you posted my personal information in your public message, as the payback for my review. Do you mind removing it (Privacy Act is still the law in Australia).

Top notch service, and very professional. Fixed my aircon promptly and did some other checks and maintenance along the way. Very happy and can highly recommend.
