Joel was fantastic to deal with from the very moment I reached out to ask for a quote, came out and had a look, returned quote quickly, and very efficiently did the job. It was a very tricky installation of a 3 ring pendant chandelier in a void over stairs, so needed to use scaffolding, and he was so patient checking that each ring was exactly right. After blowing a fuse that caused a small fire and a visit from the Fire Brigade, I called Pivotal Power that night (around 9pm). Not only did Joel call me back after I’d left my rather panicked message, but he was able to send one of his crew around the next day. I was expecting they would be able to make it safe so we’d at least have power, but have to come back to do the repairs. Not so! They had all our old fuses replaced and the new safety switches all installed by that afternoon! We then had a couple of trips of the safety switch and after discussion via phone, Joel sent his crew out to do some final rewiring.It was a stressful situation made a lot easier by the prompt, excellent and friendly service. Joel listened to my concerns and was able to talk me through what was happening and what the problems might be without any hassle. If you need any electrical work done, do yourself a favour and get it done by Pivotal Power. They are the best.
