Great Team and Customer service! Ive been having trouble with with Aramex Sydney and the team at Young are a world ahead in their service... shops like these make me want to leave Sydney :D

I bought something off ebay it always gets sent to be collected at the post office. Aramex wouldn't send it there and I had a back and forth over email with Aramex Young saying they will keep the package and I have to drive an hour to Young to collect it. Thats it, they said nothing about a time limit or anything when infact they returned my package to the sender before I even had started a dialogue over email and I take time off work to go there and they said they sent me a text and thats the end of that and wouldn't let me speak about the emails just sent a notification text even though i resolved the issue over email.Lost my package and my time

Try to call the office to find out about a delivery and my call instead gets sent to some offshore call center where they dont care about trying to give the information that is neededOh trying to copy the link given in the reply doesnt work on the phone.6 hrs later still waiting on that phone call from somebody to explain to me what is happeneing with my package as i have already filled out a form and no reply to that as yet

Henry makes sure packages are always left in a thoughtful safe spot if I'm not home.Always super friendly. Never have to wait long for a delivery. No complaints here!

I'm am at a loss. I was checking on a parcel that said it was delivered and signed for. I received nothing and never signed a thing and when I checked with Young office was informed it had been returned to the seller. Cant be 2 answers for my enquiry. Not happy!

Zero. Barry the boss is a thief, underpays staff and is a very rude ignorant man to deal with. I recommend Australia Post. Steer clear of this company.

Courier delivered our parcel, put it on the counter and bolted. Tracker claims it was signed for, it was NOT. Parcel was damaged. It had some sort of icecream or similar leaked all through it. Aramex put me on the merry-go-round of complaining via website, which as we know will come to nothing, or more lies.Just another company that deals with complaints by frustrating you until you give up.
