Reliable place to get some good sushi, Tofu and Miso is pretty nice too. One of the most common places I order from when I’m too tired to cook.Prices are great, this place won’t be hard on your wallet.

The food was delicious - it is authentic Japanase food that I would have while being in Tokyo. The staff is lovely and wonderful. The portion size is decent, you would definetely feel full and satisfied after this meal. I had chicken katsu curry with multigrain rice and I can recommend it for sure.

I've had sushi here, freshly made to order. It was really good and I'm not sure why I haven't been to dine in as I'm a vegetarian who loves tofu and they have some really nice sounding tofu dishes. Next to parking bay, lots of seating inside and out.

I came here because I saw a 4.6 star rating, so why not have a try. The food we ordered was a sushi set meal B and chicken curry don (rice).First for the chicken curry rice was very standard, even though due to covid restrictions and everything is served in a container, still with a eager heart to try the food everything can be looked passed. Flavour is reasonable mild and the chicken pieces was warm in the inside, a little warmer would be nice, rice was cooked well.The sushi set was very average with the udon miso soup, with the pricing that it is charged I would expect a little more above for the standards, similar pricing I have had better else where in Melbourne.A honourable mention would be the sushi, the seaweed is fresh and the rice is very well vinegared.But a 3 star would be something I would give to this restaurant, with the customer service and real Japanese cooking Japanese food. Need a but more attention the food imo and also pricing, if you want genuine Japanese making Japanese food, you can check this place out, but if you want bang for the buck, I would recommended trying others.

I took my two girls to have dinner at Zipang and we absolutely enjoyed everything we ordered. My youngest is not a great eater and hardly finishes her food, but she devoured her chicken sushi hand roll and gyoza in about 10 minutes! My eldest really enjoyed her Udon, the soup was truly amazing- such deep and rich flavours!I ordered a Salmon Teriyaki Don and it was just the right sweetness!The food came out really quickly and the service was just wonderful:) If you want authentic and delicious Japanese food, this is the place to go to!!!

Small place, but it is perfect, home style cooked Japanese food we love going here. Staff are really friendly too.

Small little shop with delicious food. I have eaten there a dozen times and it's always good. Their hand rolls are fresh and my favourite is the special beef yakiniku don.
