Best customer service and lovely people! Use Cortazzo for both my homes and wouldn't look elsewhere! Definitely can recommend their services!

Very poor service, vinyl floor welds have sunk, floor is cracking at the edges. They have attempted to repair by welding the cracks but the cracks continues. They advised the floor does not need sealing and despite regular mopping it just soaks in all stains. My new floor looks like patchwork. They refuse to communicate even when I advised them that I will be seeking help from the office of consumer affairs. The photos have been taken of a 4 year old floor, it replaced a 20 year old vinyl which performed exceptionally. Even the state manager of the company that distributes the vinyl commented that the floor is not looking good for 4 years of age.

Cortazzos supplied our Spotted Gum direct stick floors at our brand new home and they looks magnificent.I found them good people to deal with and they knew what they were talking about.No fancy slick salespeople, just genuine people who i found to be honest and professional.I would deal with them again, it was a good experience.Thank you Cortazzos for a good job.
