I simply could not find a particular Brother MFC which appeared out-of-stock no matter where I looked - which I took to be a good sign. Eventually within my ongoing searches I noticed that RipperRentals had had the unit but it was currently unavailable. On a whim I decided to use their enquiry service to ask when it might become available. I was telephoned by one of their staff who most courteously explained its unavailability, and who offered to contact Brother Australia direct on my behalf to ascertain if and where it could be found. He followed up as promised the following morning to advise he had located a unit and would arrange its shipment. I was so genuinely pleased - his level of service was exceptional, and Ripper’s price was better than anywhere else as well! And as it happened the unit was located locally, so it was delivered pronto and before I was due to leave on business shortly, which was an added bonus. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Bought my new Sony TV online - after speaking to Natalie. The phone was answered promptly she knew the product and helped me with a couple of questions I had about the remote control functions. The email order confirmation came through within a couple of hours and got it delivered yesterday. Very happy with the experience. Highly recommend this business, saved me a fair bit of money. Was a bit suss cos of the name ripperrentals, thought might be ex rentals or something but spoke to the sales guy and was told that they only deal in brand new, Australian stock -which is what was delivered..Protip: Talk to the sales team, they check stock and give you delivery ETA, also ask for a coupon code. I got offered another $25 off the price which was already the cheapest available (checked on Google shopping)I like the whole old school approach of good phone customer service, think it’s a must if you are just an online store..As promised when I got the coupon code, here is my honest feedback.. 5 ⭐️

Didn’t even know this company existed until I was researching for a good price of an Epson Eco Printer. I ordered on Sunday around 6pm and received confirmation and another next morning that it was sent to their supply partners. Then i received another message that it was getting delivered that day. I receive the printer at 4pm that same day. So from ordering to receiving the goods only took 22 hours! Fantastic service and order fulfilment, not to mention they had the best prices! What an amazing transaction! I purchased my item and really needed it on the same day, I was contacted by ripper rentals and requested a local pick up. He rang me back in 5 mins with a pick up point in my suburb and I had it in my hands within 30mins of purchasing it! Well done guys
