Work was fine, invoice breaks up fees which can be trivial. But they wouldn't take any responsibility for breaking my centre console cover, even after I'd paid $1,800 for the privilege. Second time back was $250 for a diagnostic, engine bay clean and $2.50 hose.. there won't be a third time

I sent my Mercedes C250 to Peter recently for air conditioning issue referred by my colleague. He is a decent and trustworthy mechanic and didn’t rip me off because I am a woman and have little knowledge about cars. He offered me a loan car which made my life so much easier on that day. I will definitely go back for service for my car.
