5 Stars! True to his word, Car look just like new again

The company forgot to come to the initial appointment. Rescheduled. Car interior was cleaned yesterday minus the seat shampoo at my request. Arrived on time. The car is much cleaner now but windows were not cleaned and there is an oily residue on the plastic areas. I was really looking forward to a clear windscreen. Cost $150. I'd like to upload photos but can't see an option.

Upholstery, mats and floors were cleaned well BUT dirt and oil was left on bottom of doors, no polishing of chrome. Rear tail gate and fuel cavity weren't touched. Food left under seats and pools of cleaning oil left in doors. Storage compartments were dirty as were seat belt recesses and tool compartment in boot. $250 and I had to clean the car for two hours. Eventually I found an email address for the owner when the one on the invoice bounced back 'undeliverable'. I didn't get an email reply. I chose not to argue over it. I sent pictures of the car. That should have been enough for a reply. Owner called my mobile after ignoring my emails. I didn't want a debate so I just paid the invoice and chalked it up to experience.

Extremely friendly and professional. Car was spotless and I'm still wondering gow they did it!

Brett Recently Detailed my i30 and damn did it look good. hardly recognized it once the dirt and make up was removed. A professional Job done from my own drive way. will definitely be using 1st class detailing again!
