Having been working for, and dealing with, BMW in the past I hoped for an impressive and effortless purchase; this is exactly what I got. Neil did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable, welcome and more than happy to answer any question and deal with my indecision. The quality of the car was surprisingly good and the basic specification was exceptional, especially compared with European rivals and even Mazda and Hyundai. If you are debating whether to purchase a Kia or even where then I thoroughly recommend Neil at Ovens Kia.

Although by far not my nearest dealership, I chose to purchase my new Sportage GT-Line Diesel Auto from Neil, at Ovens Kia due to a review I had read...I had rung 3 other dealerships to get a rough idea of trade-in on my 3 y.o. Kia Cerato, Neil came up trumps. 2 other dealers never bothered getting back to me for a few days and another offered me much less, I had sent several photos of my Cerato to the salesmen at each dealership, and living rurally it's a few hours driving away. Neil gave us 2 vehicles (petrol and diesel) to test drive & was very informative, friendly and helpful and gave the best trade-in and even gave me some much needed accessories free of charge. Ovens Kia is a lovely place to buy your vehicle from, even the young lady who made us coffee was a gem. Delivery day was great, with thorough information given. I can't suggest Ovens Kia enough to not hesitate in purchasing a vehicle from. Thanks Neil.

Have only bought spare parts from them at this stage (likely to get a second Kia at some point down the track though) but have been very happy with the amiable and highly competent spare parts personnel they have. It is good to know that we now have a Kia dealer local to both Wang and Benalla and surrounding areas who does as good a job as the big city dealers.

More than happy with Ovens Kia. Started using them on word of mouth recommendation from another customer. Far superior customer service compared to another regional dealer where we bought our first Kia Seltos from. They don't just service the car and leave it, they go through the paperwork with you and give the car a quick wash after it's serviced. When I ordered some accessories that weren't yet available for the updated version of the Seltos and I'd totally forgotten about it, it was a pleasant surprise to get a call from their parts dept to say they had finally received the parts to suit the later designed badging on the updated version of our Seltos. Nothing is too much of a problem for them. Haven't heard anything bad about this dealership and can thoroughly recommend them.

My electric window and my park brake button had broken. I was travelling between Melbourne and Wangaratta and was unable to get an appointment closer to home and without a month wait without the vehicle being assessed first.I popped in at Ovens Kia and asked if they could have a look at what was needed so that I could advise the dealership closer to home and then book my car in. I didn't think that Ovens kia would be able to get me in that week. Cannot thank both Ella and Dave enough for their help, not only did Dave have a look at the car while I was there he ordered the parts and Ella booked the car in within 2 days - no issues and no hassles. Rate this dealership highly I would recommend. Neil and his staff are friendly, professional and are always willing to resolve any issues promptly. Their customer service far exceeds expectations and that of other dealerships. Thanks heaps.

Very happy with Ovens Kia. Much better than the others. Neil is a very nice bloke and included a tow bar free of charge and lets me drive the loan car (brand new Cerato!) when getting a service. He even filled my tank for free when the tow bar was fitted. Thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend dealing with Neil.

Purchased our first ever car from this dealer. James was really helpful in every way possible. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. Didn't feel pressured while inside the shop. Feels like we are just chatting. Gave us a good deal and heaps of extras. Highly recommended.

Nice people. Everything was fine car had it's first complimentary service. Explained everything they checked
