Q Pilates Parkwood

If you are new and starting out with Pilates do not bother attending here. The instructors are rude, rush the class and don’t demonstrate any of the exercises. Pretty much just made fun of me the entire class for being new. Go elsewhere.

Q Pilates have been a wonderful addition to my physiotherapy and I have been attending this clinic for over 2 years regularly. Great instructors who will always challenge you, and are also really well educated to ensure you are getting the right type of exercise and movement, and look after any injuries you might have.

Fabulous studio and really helpful tailoring the class to suit any injuries (or in my case abdominal separation post kids) Jodie is the best!!!

I recommended a friend attend. While the the staff are nice, for a professional business, the focus is very much on time and not the client. For the whole session the therapist was constantly watching their watch. Not very professional.

The more I go to All Sports in Parkwood, the more I am impressed with friendly, welcoming, professional , knowledgeable and with good sense of humored staff, from receptionist to physiotherapists. The whole team is very dedicated to each other and to their work. After my few visits with Jesse Dundon the excellent physiotherapist, he recommend for me to do some Pilate , and I am feeling better after each visit physically and mentally, First I started with one to one with JAS, who assist's me and shows my exercises,.She was an excellent , all around instructor, and she kept me motivated calmly and professionally !! When I finally felt ready to go on my own in to Clinical Exercise class which is also supervised, I met an exceptional instructor ALLIE. She is very switched on, and amazing at multi tasking. She had the 3 of us in the class and we all were assisted with our different exercises , She is very motivating , with great customer service skills also, helpful , patient , professional , and good at what she does !!! I have been to few Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine Clinics in my lifetime, but the Allsports in Parkwood, with all the staff and there team work stands out.
