Adam did a major renovation for us in late 2018 with fantastic results. We weren't living in WA at the time however this wasn't a problem as Adam's communication was excellent with regular photos, emails and phone calls. Adam's quality standards are very high and he also has a keen eye for detail. Where items weren't quite right, he had them redone until they were perfect. We ended up with an amazing result and couldn't be happier. We'd absolutely use Adam again and recommend him to family, friends and anyone that was looking for a great builder in WA.

Do yourself a favour and stay well way from these guys.My project was a kitchen and living redesign. I asked for a design with some concept drawings and was given an A4 page with some pictures which looked like they'd been cut and paste from Pinterest none were in any way close to what we'd asked for. We ended up downloading a 3d APP web and doing our own concept drawings... that was fail 1. Next Adam send his draft person out to measure up and produce the plans of the reno. When the plans came back they were wrong, evaluations mixed up and wrong sizing details etc. I counted 8 mistakes on the first set of drawings, the second set also had mistakes which needed corrected, so it took 3 attempts to get it right and even these were pretty amateurish, floating dimensions all over the place. Under the contract I was due to pay after drawing were accepted. By this stage I'd had enough and paid Adam $1800 and told him I was ending the contract. Would definitely NOT recommend Unique Residence to anyone looking at renovating. Fortunately I later found a really good designer and builder who listened and understood our requirements and delivered an outstanding job plus at a lower price than what were going to spend with Unique Residence.

We sought out Adam to do an extensive renovation of our 1950's house and from start to finish he worked with us to get a great result. Adam worked with us through the design phase as well as the renovation/extension of our home and at each point him and his team were a pleasure to work with, maintained a great attention to detail and made sure we were happy with the work being done. In particular his 2IC Shaun is a great asset to his team, Shaun was fastidious in his work and went that extra mile to make sure the work was done to a high standard by each of the trades on site, which we really appreciated!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam and his team to friends and family looking to build or renovate in the future. Thanks to Adam and team for the wonderful job. A difficult kitchen renovation removing an old kitchen with bulkhead/flute to a new modern kitchen. Everything ran smoothly and on time. Quality of work was over and above. Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions and your professional knowledge with renovating. Adam took a very daunting job for me and made it easy and as a result I will use Unique Residence again and recommend them to anyone.

Just finished a great experience with Adam and his team. The renovations all started at the start of the Covid uncertainty but Adam handled it all very well and in his stride. Adam has a great set of professional tradies working with him which is great.Due to Covid, we ended up having to live in the house for most of the work but the team were all very professional and respectful.In the end, great job so thanks Adam!
