Flowers on Riverside

My son bought his first bunch of flowers for a girl on Friday. The Secret Garden could not do enough to make just the right gift and it was so affordable. I know where I will be going from now on!... She loved the flowers by the way ♥

I ordered flowers online for my mum, for delivery to Greens Beach on a Friday. Greens Beach about 40 minutes from Riverside. I ordered online, the day before requested delivery date. Delivery was ticketed at around $30 which, given we’d just transported a couch from there for $50 the week prior, seemed about right. It was the week before Mother’s Day, So I expect they would have been very busy. The flowers I ordered were $130 or so. This should have been a nice, generous bunch of flowers at that price, but what was delivered was a bunch that I would expect to pay $30 or (at very most) $40 in a florist. They were,however, presented in a glass vase, which would have added a little to the cast.I feel a bit ripped off and embarrassed by what was delivered. If the distance was an issue, they should have - at the least - called to discuss. The flowers were not great and I will notorder from this business again.

Absolute rip off and poor service to boot. Will NEVER step foot in that door again. To be honest I am amazed they still have a business. Terribly overpriced and pretty average flowers. I'd give zero stars if it was allowed

So helpful, kind and generous. Sue pulled out all the stops to create a really special gift for my mum, locked down in aged care over Easter 2020. Mum was absolutely thrilled with her arrangement and so was I. Highly recommended.
