This is a fantastic brand new very clean facility. The staff are very friendly and keen to help in any way. What I did like is that they provide trolleys to help move your stuff from your car/truck to your allocated storage. They provide secure access to the facility. 5 Star Storage.

Awesome facilities at Pimpama. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Easy process and affordable. There is a large lift for the upstair storage units which makes the moving process alot easier for me and my family. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! Great to deal with and super helpful. The facilities are really lovely and well kept. We have a storage unit in the climate control section which we highly recommend in this weather. Overall, awesome experience so far
