6 hours ago-Editi brought my Vehicle in due to the bluetooth not working with my iphonewent through a few hundred dollars to get a diagnostic test to confirm what was wrong whihc was fine.then they told me that they would have to install a part that they had to ship from melbourne they ask what phone i had of which i showed them it was an iphone thgen they told me it would be around the 1000 dollar mark of which i accepted to get it to work so they ordered the parti went in when the part arrived waited an hour and then they told me had the worng parti came back a week later they changed the part over i drove out however i couldnt get it to work stillrang back the next day and they told me that they are having issues with connecting with iphones and they knew about the issue yet they went ahead and took my money without any resulti feel absolutely robbed i think i have to take it further

It is very disappointing to report that this service centre continuously misguide their customers.Everyone in the business have drastically different understandings of costs and timeframes associated to servicing. Not one individual from the business has kept their word on their commitments regarding: call backs and work to be conducted.My advice would be to avoid this service centre if you are someone who has better things to do than chase false commitments from the staff here.

WARNING! These guys will rip you off. They are run by salesman not mechanics. Sales guys are only interested in convincing you to pay money for repairs you don't need. They are at least 80% more expensive than other repairers and they make you pay first, then tell you the issue cant be solved. DO NOT USE THEM!! They also damaged my alternator when they repaired my oil cooler. Took no responsibility then quoted through the roof to repair. Will be taking further action.

NEVER EVER buy from Land Rover! Discovery Sports, not even 5 years old, new turbo as corroded, suspension cracked and engine leaks. Has never been off road. Service wouldn’t budge to lower the price, $10,000 later for repairs. Sold the car, not worth keeping, TERRIBLE CAR, TERRIBLE SERVICE!

2020 Range lover evoque only one year old car had been service 3 times the customer service at Southport Range Rover,1 of the male and 1 of the female was very rude to me,the Range Rover office should look into to improve your customer service.

Dear sirs/madam,I purchased a brand-new Land Rover in 2015 from the Southport Dealership Gold Coast Australia . After saving for many years.Coming up 4 Years - and I,m still as of today inconvenienced by a on going problem with the rear tail -gate continuously moving out of alignment and not closing properly on the 2nd lock, allowing air to come into the rear cabin with whistling noise when out of alignment.For example, as of this evening Is the 2 nd day the vehicle has been in with the dealership.What happens is the tailgate slowly moves from one side to the other with a wide gap one side with the other nearly scraping.I have been patient up to now - though this is very unreasonable - not acceptable - and bloody disgusting service from such a large well-known international company.I am asking the matter be seriously investigated as to why it is close to 4 Years and the problem has not been 100% resolved.This is the 9th time the car has been back . I have never been apologised correctly just taken in every time as if it was a routine service.NINE TIMES NEARLY 4 YEARS ON GOING !!!!!!!I am asking for some type of compensation for the inconvenience, time, driving frustration of listening to air whistling in. Very poor service and time taken for the repair to be carried out.I find it hard to to this day that it is close to FOUR LONG YEARS and Land Rover has not completed this repairFriends business partners have purchased other branded vehicles due to the Service I,ve received.I look forward in receiving a reply back from Land RoverI have pictures from back in last December when the service manager sent me pictures showing the alignment being completed , then only to reverse back to a very bad alignment of recent weeks. Each time it is adjusted re tensioned - only to slowly over time revert back .YOU KNOW WHEN YOU’VE HAD ENOUGH - WELL IM THERE NOW
