Imogen has built a great quality beauty salon, I have been going to her for my facials and spray tans for two years now. My skin has improved dramatically and the spray tans are always excellent. Each time you go to Springs Beauty, you will receive such a high quality service. 5/5 stars ⭐️

Went in for a lash lift today, and immediately felt at ease with Imogen. She is so warm, welcoming and friendly, I'm sure she makes everyone feel like this! Totally happy with my lash lift, but will be going back and have already booked in for a facial next week - because of the service - and I can't wait! Highly recommend!

I see Imogen for facials every few months and always leave feeling fresh and my skin looks and feels amazing.Imogen is also SO lovely, and is just a pleasure to be around, so that's an added bonus.Definitely recommend!

Couldn’t speak highly enough about the springs and Imogen. Have been coming to her for eyebrows and lashes for over 2 years and wouldn’t let anyone else touch them. She does an amazing job every time and I look forward to my appointments just to get to come in and have that bit of me time. She is a breath of fresh air and a pure delight. Recently also had a facial and it was phenomenal, felt so relaxed and my skin was so glowing and gorgeous.

Love love love Nudie Skin Studio and Loretta & Imogen. First started getting my eyebrows tinted and waxed and lashes tinted and curled. Loretta also does such a great job and is so professional and friendly. I have also started having skin treatments which are so relaxing and already seeing great results. I would highly recommend this studio!

I had a facial with Imogen that made my skin soft, smooth and glowing. Throw in the scalp and shoulder massage too and I left feeling completely zen! Imogen was so lovely; she makes you feel like an old friend.After that incredibly positive experience, a week later I went back for a lash lift and tint. Imogen took so much pride in her work and I am so happy with the results - Disney Princess lashes!I live interstate but will be sure to visit next time I'm in Melbourne. Highly recommend The Springs Beauty Retreat.
