Star Car Wash - Plumpton

Took my 220 thousand dollar car here for a hand car wash they said to give them an hour I payed 100 dollars I watched them from the kfc take 10 mins never contact me I wish I got payed 100 dollars for 10 minutes of work .. asked for it to be polished as well terrible over all wash never coming back .Water marks all over the car … also did more damage then wash the car considering they gernied my rim but hit my custom centre cap and blasted half the paint of it … they also scuff marked my passenger side.Also want to add they had no idea how to drive the car or turn it off since when I came it was left with the reds on for how long no idea .. I understand they may have never been in a car like that before but ask !!!! Like it’s that simple I 10000000% could of done a better job in 10 minutes my self

0/5 stars! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Spent $90 on a hand wash. Came back to find new scratches and paint bubbles that were never there. The inside of my car was still fairly dirty and dusty as if they didn’t even try wiping it down. 0 effort vacuuming leaving under the floor matts a mess. Also leaving water marks all over the interior and windows as if they didn’t even try drying. Highly disappointed especially when you try raise these concerns the workers showed 0 care

Very disappointed with the service at Star Car Wash Plumpton. Interior was not vacuumed or wiped properly because the dust was still present. Cobweb on side mirror was not removed. Drink stain on window was not washed out. I took the car back and complained and was told that the drink stain happened after I got the car back although it was not. So, the cobweb also happened after I got the car back? I do not recommend Plumpton Star Car Wash. They do not deliver the service you paid for. A waste of money. IMO at Mt Druitt on the other hand did an excellent detailing job at a lower price.

Went to get my car detailed for selling. It was advertised at $120 for a full car detail. He said it would be $170 for a bigger vehicle and I happily agreed. I was gone for about 30minutes before being told my vehicle was ready. Upon return I noticed a very obvious new cut on my rear seat for which they said was already there. ‘I think I would notice a cut on the side of my child’s seat for which I buckle in everyday’He proceeded to say it was already there. I asked my wife if she had seen this before and she also said no. I can’t prove it but poorly handled by theThe flood mats, were overly soaked and were not fitted back correctly causing it to jam under the front seat when they pushed it back.Wouldn’t recommend. If you do use, I would bring a camping chair and watch them.

Poor quality had to go back because they missed some places and stained the centre console. They also damaged the interior side door card. When i asked them to rectify the issue they told me it was like that from before. Big waste of money wouldnt recommend to anyone and not going back myself.
