Updated: Andrew M’s holistic approach to my stubborn epicondylitis (aka tennis elbow),proved super effective. Focused on movement from day 1. Gentle stretching, gradually increasing to strengthening exercises. I’m pain free!! Fixed my elbow + corrected some faulty techniques, which likely got me injured. Friendly, encouraging, thorough, v. knowledgeable., Andrew is an excellent Physio.Phoebe sorted out a nearly two-year recurring neck injury which was incorrectly diagnosed by other health practitioners as bursitis". I probably have a long road to travel until full recovery

Great experience with the bike fit. Sensible suggestions and changes to how I’d set it up.Loved the fact. Was not just put on a machine and number crunches but look at biometrics and old injuries.Would certinaly recommend and will head back dor for 6 week review.

Had quite a few sessions with Andrew who was helpful, sympathetic, polite and professional. Clearly knows his stuff. It turned out that the problem that I have can't be fixed by physio but he did a great job of getting me to that point, referring me to my doctor and so on. Also taught me a really useful exercise that reduced my discomfort. Highly recommended.

A very professional, friendly, accommodating yet knowledgeable practitioner who is passionate in the discipline with strong slants into cycling and sports injuries.... Was recommended to Adrian Spinelli and his colleagues and couldn’t recommend him enough to others requiring any Physiotherapy. Also, a professional bike-fitter with state-of-the-art technology in use!!

Excellent - I would fully recommend.I recently went in to see Adrian for a bike fit, and was highly impressed by the professionalism of his service and the overall approach! Adrian is a true perfectionist, and extremely knowledgeable!I have had bike fits in the past but I will only be going back to Adrian now. His level of service was a lot more in depth than past experiences, and he really takes the time to get the little things right. Adrian’s follow up service also provides a lot of comfort - It’s good know you can turn to him if you need help down the line.The bike left feeling great, and we are now ready to test on the roads! I came to Applecross Physiotherapy for a Bike Fit. I did not know what to expect and was somewhat reluctant at first whether I was going to get my money's worth.Boy was I wrong, after the thorough consultation with Adrian I was pleasantly surprised. I did know how wrong my bike positioning was until I had this consultation. On top of that Adrian saved me a couple thousand dollars by helping to adjust my big bike to my body.I am definitely going to go back do Adrian again after my next bike purchase it really made a huge difference with my ride efficiency and overall comfort. Thanks Adrian.

Very happy with Jean for the service she provided - great bedside manner, empathetic and caring, careful listener - got me ready for my half marathon within the week. Very knowledgeable, with a competitive sports background which I greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.
