From the start Frame Steel have been so accommodating and helpful. We made a completely customised plan and Cassi was able to help us with dimensions and suggest things we should and shouldn’t do. The price was very competitive and putting it together has been very doable for non builders.

They are rude people, and they are not professional at all. While I'm on the phone, a female employee hangs up the phone...When I call and ask for a wrong invoice, you're really rude.

First time buying a kit home, process was easy and I made some changes along the way which were accommodated. Will not hesitate to buy another one in the future.

This was the second time we bought from Frame Steel to build a granny flat - The Cabin - after a great experience the first time. Again, it was a the best decision, because the frame was delivered on time and the building was up in quick time - our builder said it is a really good kit to work with. The building looks great and the layout turned out really well. with an adjustment we made to convert the laundry enclosure into a pantry and included the laundry in the bathroom as there was plenty of space there. A very comfortable dwelling at the end of it all. The team at Frame Steel are easy to deal with and very helpful.

I can't express how incompetent unprofessional and unorganised this place is. We purchase the sea scape through frame steel Yatla and are still waiting on all to be supplied 5 months later, they clearly said they would supply the hole kit in one go. LIED with No apology, no follow up, nothing!! WARNING Do not deal with these people. Very disappointing! Don't pay up front you will be left in the dark like we were, liars and misleading fulse information. BEWARE!!!! Never again

Amazing experience from start to finish. Cassi in the office was quick to organise exactly what we asked for and helped us achieve exactly the granny flat we wanted by way of adjustments to the plan. Delivery was on time and all the staff were amazing. I knew the building industry was having trouble and half expected huge delays but nope... all sent withing a few short months. Everything stated in the inclusions was provided, even some extra's by way of bolts and screws etc. I like how they provide you with all the details of exactly what you are getting first so that you can factor in what is needed in your budget. We have certainly saved a lot of money doing our own Owner-builder and we were able to afford a larger than usual place for our family members during the rental crisis.
