I order subway tosted but they give me cold and patty is like just take it from the fridge but when I give tem call they said it was tosted even I just got my order within 10 minutes after preparing

Just received my order from Uber eats. The bread was rock hard on my fresh sub (the bread was somehow stiffer on the fresh sub than the toasted sub). There were barely any toppings in the sub and even less in the little quesadilla. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Awful experience as a whole. I asked on numerous occasions for specifics of an order, and the staff ignored them entirely. I asked for the salad to not be put in the oven, as i didn't want the salad heated, and she looked at me and put it right in. She proceeded to douse the wrap in so much sauce that I couldn't hold it without being covered in sauce. She then begun to toast the wrap again, leaving it in the toaster for twice as long as it was meant to, burning the outside. I expressly asked for the wrap to not be cut in half to combat these errors, and they proceeded to do that too. When I said at the end that they messed up my order, they rudely told me they're too busy to fix it" and brushed me off and walked away from the conversation.Certainly not going back here again :)"

Don't normally leave reviews but try a different Subway! They microwaved my salad!Ordered a toasted gluten free wrap. After watching the salad go in the microwave and see the watery slop go on the wrap we asked if they were supposed to microwave it and got told confidently that yes, this is normal. Yuck! Couldn't eat it.

i been there several time i never had any issue but this time i ordered two subs vegetarian for me and chicken for my friend, i asked girl to label vegetarian and she put V sign on chicken sub, when i ate i noticed there was chicken in it, I'm vegetarian i don't eat chicken, and no napkins, there should be more trained staff,. Really disappointed

Today me and my friend went to grab some lunch but the girl at reception was very rude and unprofessional and even she didn’t put all the ingredients as I wanted her to put on the footlong but she refused me and told me it’s all we got
