Had to wait 45 minutes to be served and when I eventually got to order my sandwich I got maybe 4grains of mozzarella cheese at most and somehow the sandwich was ice cold. Everytime I go there it's a nightmare and a struggle to get a decently made sandwich that hasn't either been drenched in sauce or ripped apart in the process of the sandwich artists struggling to make my footlong. I should've gone to Maccas or just made my own

Got charged for 4 6inch subs even though it was 2 foot longs of the same value and when I asked why the girl said that's how we do it". It cost me an extra $15. Super annoyed."

Not as happy as I used to be with this Subway. Too many times online orders have been wrong. Paid for avocado to be added a few times and always forget even though paid the extra $2.50. Gets annoying. The staff that did the Saturday 3pm 05/02/22 order online didn't even include the sauce and other ingredients. I would understand if it was a matter of not having the sauce or ingredients but it was actually there, just no attention to detail. They lost five regular customers from our family today. Too many chances to get it right but the subway in Young is just wasting our money. Tried to call numerous times and even at least busiest times but the phone just rings out so this is only way to give my feedback.

If I could give 0 stars I would, store had a funny smell, bugs behind the glass, pointed out to the staff member that there was bugs on the cookies and in the food, just looked at me and said nothing. Thought because the food was covered it would be fine but ended up getting food poisoning anyway. Horrible.

This used to be a good Subway but in the last few months the rating has really gone down.When I went to pick up an online order today I still had to wait an extra ten minutes even though the shop was not busy. There was no tomato on any of the ham, cheese and tomato toasties. We ordered four of them. The meatballs were cold. This would have been forgiven except there were problems with the two last orders before today. Please pay more attention to detail.
