I can’t recommend Value Cremations enough. The whole process was so easy and Simone was brilliant. From start to finish she was both caring and professional. She went out of her way to keep me informed and to our surprise was able to ensure that we had mum’s ashes In time for the wake. It meant that we could focus on what was important, saying goodbye to our mum.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I live in the UK and needed to arrange my brother’s funeral from 12,000 miles away as he had no family or friends to do this in Australia. Simone was so very professional and showed me overwhelming kindness and concern. She went out of her way to help me and kept me informed every step of the way. She made a difficult time that much easier to cope with. My heartfelt thanks go to her.
