I went in wanting bayalage and walked out having a treatment and cut. Great service great advice where focus is not on short term profit but on the long term satisfaction of their clients. Being new to the area I know I've found a hairdresser and salon I can trust and have confidence my hair will always look great.

You know it does not have to be expensive to be great.There have been many hairdressers in Bundaberg over the years.....some have gone ....some have stayed & made the industry better for being here. Karen is one of those who stayed & just got better & better. I love the way she listen to you & takes a holistic approach to her craft. Great skills...great team....great service....great cut & on the money. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best hairdresser in all of the Bundaberg region. Great team, headed and owned by the fabulous Karen with head senior and colour queen Nikki with incredible staff who are just fabulous. They not only do women's hair, but have a man cave too, which is very private and at the back of the salon. Couldn't speak highly enough of their customer service, their experience and expertise as well as the high quality products they use. Definitely a hairdresser to visit if you are a visitor or a local. Definitely save this number and name on your phones. Cheers Barbara Burstall

I went in looking to get light brown and blonde hair, I was aware my expectations weren’t going to be met due to my previous colour but I was reassured that it was going to be something similar prior to my appointment. I ended up leaving with patchy red, brown and yellow/ blonde hair, a micro fringe (which I didn’t ask for), a migraine and chemical burns I was also charged more than what was discussed. 5 days later my head is still sore.
