Returned 3 online orders. Usually returns are credited to the same credit card used for the purchase. In this instance my credit card was hacked and cancelled by the bank. I called Myer Customer Care and explained the situation and gave them my bank account details for the refund. It has now been 2 weeks and still no refund. I have called twice and after waiting on the phone for nearly an hour both times was told they had my Acct details and the refund should be processed within 5 business days from the return date! Ummm it’s been over 2 weeks. Looks like I have to put in a complaint with consumer affairs

Would not let me return a pillow that was used 2 days ago at Roselands. There was no signs visible and I’d covered my pillow wth a protective cover as always do. If this is the case then clothes should not be returned as skin sheds and any other bodily substance like hair, wounds, fungus that may be on the person who purchased has. They go straight back on the racks. No one notified me prior to purchasing. No wonder they are closing terrible attitudes and they could not care less. Disgusted. As an RN I know all about hygiene!!!!!!!! Will never shop there again

Terrible customer service system. Delayed orders just sit in their tracking system with no way of receiving an update. There is no way to contact a sales rep by email, online chat, social media, or any other consumer friendly way. The only option is a phone number which cuts off as many times as it connects, and the people working there are unable to supply any real answers. This is not the fault of the staff, but the way the entire customer relations structure is designed. It is very obvious when a company has designed its communication systems to avoid hearing negative comments or complaints from customers. Never again.

Ordered items 28/11 and each item is still sitting at several stores 9/12 waiting for pickup!! I was wanting these items within the 7 days that Myer promise delivery (3-7 day delivery). Very poor service. Already will need to return 3 of the items due to delivery being too late. Disappointing.

Calling to return a dress with a faulty zipper - it broke after 5 wears. It was told because it has been worn and more than 30 days since purchase I could not return it. I was questioning the customer service operator on the phone and she hung up on me!!!!! I AM SO DISGUSTED BY THIS. I have been a Myer (formerly Grace Bros) customer for over 40 years. This is ridiculous. I want to speak to a manager and there is no one answering the phone now!!!!

Each time you get to a customer service person.The call is disconnected after waiting for well over 20 minutes to speak with customer support.Waiting on one part Of my order as they are waiting on response from their supplier, I asked why can’t they replace the item with something similar rather than waiting? The guy put me on hold and then came back and the call was disconnected!!What a joke !!! 3 times I have called and been on hold, only to be disconnected from the customer service team.The guy had my details and didn’t even bother to call back!!!

Have a pair of moccasins I purchased online from Myer. Worn about an hour and forty minutes.Top stitching came undo across toe area.Sent relevant details and photo to Myer online after following prompts from BOT.Made two phone calls, given different advice.Have been told they do not refund or exchange.So Myer are saying if you wear something for under two hours they do not honour your purchase made in trust and money.Absolutely disgusting.Will never again order anything from this store.

A message to Myer; you should seriously look at who you partner up with when it comes to courier companies CourierPlease" are shocking!! Still have not received my parcel after several attempt in contacting both you and your choice of courier. Very disappointed given I called you first and was advised I would receive the item in-time. Clearly cutting corner to please the shareholder.A message to the "Online Shopper" These guys do not have their online platform or service working properly; it's very hit or miss situation from my experience. I can't believe the courier (CourierPlease) could not find one of Melbournes most prominent business addresses."

Ordered online furniture, given wrong information re carrier when store phoned took two calls to get correct information. Not informed the furniature was coming from overseas may take weeks to arrive. Very poor customer informstion. Do not buy online furnisture from Myer.

I have shopped at Myer too many times to count but I won’t any more. I purchased products for $100 which came with a free gift. I was about to swap out a product but because there was a free gift, I thought, hey, why not? To my surprise, not only did I not get the gift but when I contacted customer service, I was told that it’s because the free gift is not in stock. The offer is still on! It’s fraudulent selling. Stop deceiving people!
