Navigo

In the latter part of 2019 we contacted Navigo to assist with upgrading our version of the OrgPlus Enterprise (OPE) application. This was undertaken as part of an overall modernisation of our SQL and infrastructure platforms. We have been continuously impressed at how easy it has been to engage with Navigo from the General Manager to the highly experienced technical team who worked alongside us throughout the upgrade process. Despite a number of delays on our part, the Navigo team continued to support us without hesitation, providing additional information to our HR team on the solution’s capabilities and roadmap along the way.It should be noted that this support included changes to customize the Application’s font to reflect our newest corporate standards at the 11th hour! The whole upgrade experience has been seamless from end to end. Our HR team are delighted with the outcome and the willingness of Navigo to help throughout.A special mention of Alberto Prieto from Navigo who managed the technical upgrade components - including aforementioned font customization - with ease and confidence throughout. We have not experienced a single issue since cutover which is testament to the product robustness and quality of implementation planning and execution.We would not hesitate to do business with Navigo again and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial working relationship ahead.

Navigo offers a premium service to clients, assisting them with their HR technology needs. My experience with them, over a number of years, has been outstanding. I will continue to use them now and in the future. Great work guys!
