I would not recommend this place to people doesn't have Medicare or concession card. This place is profit-oriented.I needed a doctor to filled a health assignment form which only could take maximum 10mins, that took my doctor 45mins (they recorded the time). All my doctor did is asking me questions and filled the form and printed out what I needed to buy and I paid $109 for that.I felt like my doctor is taking her time so I could be charged more!!For the same services, my classmates paid around $70 and I paid $109 for each time! And when i complained about that, the nurse I told to is not nice either! You felt like be ripped off yet you can't do anything about it!

Worst doctors!! Have been denied a script, because I am not fully vaccinated, said no scripts will be done until the doctor sees me and I'm fully vaccinated. I will now have to go without my medication. Disgusting! Reception are absoulutly useless, would not let me book a phone appointment or pass on a msg for me.

Dr Jackson is one of the most helpful and sincere doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of 5 stars. The staff led by Teraze (I'm not sure of spelling her name right,) are also very friendly and wonderful.

Wanting to consult a doctor different from my usual GP, I made an appointment with Dr Adam Ting. My experience was extremely upsetting and confronting.Throughout the consultation, I felt that Dr Ting had no interest in my medical condition or my well-being. I sought to compound a prescription medication; Dr Ting told me he was unfamiliar with compounded medication. I suggested calling the compounding pharmacy, as they would be able to explain the necessary steps. I had spoken with the chemists at the pharmacy several days earlier; they were happy to compound the medication. My suggestion to contact the pharmacy was ignored.Because Dr Ting was unfamiliar with compounded medication, he sought the advice of another GP at the practice. I was required to wait alone in his office for 15 minutes while he consulted others. When Dr Ting returned, I was again refused the medical care I had requested. Dr Ting made repeated mistakes regarding the details of my requested medical care and condition. I was then blamed for requesting medical care with which he was unfamiliar and seeking compounded medication. The situation became very heated. Dr Ting was very confrontational towards the end of my consultation, and I had to de-escalate and calm down the situation.I had to apologise for seeking the medical care I needed. I left without my requested prescription. I felt awful.I spoke with reception regarding my experience; they were courteous and understanding. I was bulk-billed in apology and was told by reception staff that they would speak with Dr Ting. Fortunately, I have since been able to obtain the compounded medication after further consultation with the pharmacy, who recommended me a GP at another practice. While I have not attended the other GPs at the NSMS, from this experience I would strongly discourage patients from seeking consultation with Dr Ting, particularly regarding the compounding of medications and personalised treatment. I do not want others to experience anything so upsetting and awful. Avoid.

Garbage service from snotty receptionists who do not have a scintilla of compassion between them. A minimum 60 min wait for the doctor renders me annoyed & unable to remember half the reasons I had come to see the doctor, as I only come here as a last resort! Once in with the doctor you realise he loves the sound of his own voice & your consultation drags out into another 60 minute ordeal! I leave with more scowls & attitude from the women behind the desk who would be much better suited to staffing a prison...

I had my first appointment with the doctors here at Northern Medical. I must say, that my experience was nothing but positive. I only waited about 10 minutes and the doctor I saw was nothing but professional. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and although the cost was kind of expensive, but my appointment was quite long. I have nothing but praise for the staff and medical information I received.

I have been waiting here for one hour again. And I only need IM injection. The GP in here do not how to respect the patients at all. Why they just said”we r busy” as a excuse. Every patient waits for u, u told us to come to GP 16:30 but we wait for an hour and still hit us.I felt depressed and my throat is quite sore, I can’t even swallowing food. However I sew that doctor just walking around and chatting with nurses.I have no idea why they always mentioned therapeutic relationship between patients and doctors in uni. Doctors do not take care of their patients, they just think they can fix everything. They think they have higher hierarchy than the patient. Sometimes, why people need to pay money for signing a form?? Most of my friends have to wait more than half an hour in this GP.

Very expensive! $21 for a script on the phone & around $70 gap if you don't hold a health care card. Even HCC holders have to pay at least $40 gap. Their website is way out of date; ie, fees page is wrong, Dr Madill has not worked there for a year or so, but his name is still there. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE NSMS! Just one of the MANY reasons I would never recommend this practice.
