Value Picture Framing

Called to get a picture printed and framed for a funeral, the staff were very professional and understanding during a very tough time. They also prioritised the order because of the timing of the funeral. My experience here had a lasting impression, highly recommend.

The staff here are very polite and absolutely lovely to work with. Together they span over a decade of experience in the framing industry each with their own set or skills and understandings to help you choose the best framing job for your artwork. A place highly recommended and respected within the industry.

I've often driven past and admired this store's eye catching window displays. Today I got the opportunity to try out this family owned local business and I was very impressed. Their friendly customer service and stylish extensive showroom certainly exceeded my expectations. There's ample covered parking at the rear of the building, (entry is via Jellicoe St) with a small set of stairs to the back entrance of the store. If you require wheelchair access, use the carpark but enter via the front entrance on Cavendish Rd - which is @ ground level. Coorparoo Train Station is conveniently located just across the road. The staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable and highly customer focussed. Their showroom is impressive with a cosy customer seating area, they offer an extensive range of beautiful frames, trophies and mirrors. I get the impression these people will be able to solve any framing issue you may have. I required a couple of matts to replace a damaged one, it took under 15 minutes to match the colour and style, and was cut to size while I waited. Their stock quality was actually far superior to my damaged original.

Went here to get a name badge made as I thought it was still a trophy shop. Unfortunately they don’t do trophies any longer, it’s now a picture framing shop, that’s ok. But thankfully they still have some old stock and we’re able to make a single name bad for me. That was nice and the price was good with a quick turnaround on the badge being ready. So thank you.

Debbie, the very nice lady who served when I went in to pick up our framed picture, was careful, conscientious and a pleasure to deal with. We had purchased a ready-made frame from their shop floor, and they mounted our picture in that frame. Unfortunately, when I went in to pick up the finished product, there were some small defects (scratches/marks) on the new frame--which I might not have noticed, but Debbie did when inspecting the picture with me at pick up. This, obviously, is not ideal, but stuff happens, and the important point is that she identified the issue and immediately fixed it. She organised to make a new frame, and it was completed that day, much faster than I had expected would be possible--fantastic service recovery. Thank you very much, Debbie. Based on this experience and the quality of the finished product I would have no hesitation in recommending Value Picture Framing.

Good service, I just feel like they use super reflective glass if you don’t choose their better glass at nearly $100 more, the frame was only $200 so I thought it was a bit much and being I have had other places frame with normal glass and it’s been no where near as bad.Like so reflective all my artists friends feel they use mirror like glass..I called and now they want nearly $170 to replace it, kinda feel ripped off

Incredibly happy with my photos I got printed and framed at Value Picture Framing, they are just so special and I just love looking at them everyday. Roxanne was very experienced, mindful of keeping things within my budget and had a great eye for what would look good!

I really regret not noting down the name of the sales person who helped me because she was incredibly attentive, patient and knowledgeable. Had no qualms in putting many options in front of me and helped me pick a frame that suited my home and budget.The turn around time was great and the pictures are now hanging proudly in my home.I would highly recommend Value Picture Framing to anyone!

I have had two pieces framed by Value Picture Framing in the past and I have been extremely satisfied with the results.My first order was a poster where I just wanted a simple and affordable option. The staff gave me a range of options to consider and price ranges that were acceptable.My second order was a custom arrangement of music memorabilia and the staff were able to provide recommendations on the layout and design. The final product turned out better than I had imagined and I am proud to have the piece mounted on my wall.I'll definitely be returning to this business for future projects.
