Staff always helpful. I use a walker and there's room to move around . Some items are hung too high for me to reach but staff always willingly help. They seem to always stock items of clothing suitable for the challenges I have in dressing, ie. Accessible dressing.

Fantastic service! I had a faulty product the week of Christmas. I phoned and discussed with a girl on the phone my problem and she was so helpful. When I went in she remembered me and did a straight swap.

Wouldnt provide a refund for lip gloss that had something like chille in it to 'plump' lips. It made for a very uncomfortable experience for my daughter. A warning in small font is not good enough.
